Returning Goods

Aquatic Warehouse reserves the right to change prices without notice. However in the case that a mistake has been made on pricing or prices have increased, we will always contact you prior to dispatch to ensure that the revised price is acceptable to you.

All prices are in pound(£) sterling and include V.A.T at the current rate as applicable.(V.A.T No. 165046809)
Unless otherwise stated, Aquatic Warehouse will dispatch your good within 2-3 days providing they are in stock. When a product is out of stock we will contact you for your instructions as to whether you wish the product to be placed on back. If goods are not received within 7 days, contact us direct and we will check our dispatch records, offer you alternative products to the same value or a full refund.
Goods must be signed for upon delivery and any damages/shortages reported to us within 24 hours. If you are unable to check your delivery before signing for it, sign your delivery as ‘UNCHECKED’ or if the parcel is damaged in any way, no matter how small, please sign for it stating ‘DAMAGED’. We CANNOT CLAIM from our carriers for any item damaged item that have not been signed for as ‘DAMAGED’. By completing your order you agree to abide by these conditions and to check your delivery and sign for it as ‘OK’
If you instruct us to leave your goods without signature i.e unattended delivery, or ask us to deliver to a third party e.g work address or neighbour, the responsibility falls on you to ensure a safe delivery location. We are unable to accept responsibility for lost items if you delivery instructions have been passed to our carrier.
Other than for product where a specific delivery charge is indicated. Aquatic Warehouse offers free delivery* with UK mainland, subject to the conditions below
A. Orders over £39.99 are delivered carriage free, other than where a delivery special delivery charge for certain postcodes has been indicated e.g Nexus 220 and 320
B. Orders up to £39.99 are subject to a maximum delivery charge of £6.95 depending upon the weight of the consignment.
C. For special delivery products the following postcodes may incur an extra delivery charge. Please ask for quotation prior to ordering.
AB,IV,HS,KA,KW,PA & ZE
The Isle of Man(IM), Northern Island(BT), Isle of Scilly(TR) are all subject to additional delivery charges

Aquatic Warehouse denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged or faulty items, delay in dispatch or delays by carriers. In the unlikely event of a delivery not arriving on time, any extra delivery charge will be refunded. However we cannot accept any liability involving third party contractors and would advise that no arrangement be made for installation until you are in receipt of your order.
Courier companies will attempt to deliver your parcel/s on two occasions(a card should be posted at each unsuccessful delivery attempt). If at this point a delivery cannot be made the parcel/s will be returned to the depot for collection by yourself. If subsequently the carrier returns the goods to ourselves, you will be contacted and an additional charge will apply for re-delivery.
If you decide that you no longer require the products(s) there will be a minimum £20.00 administration charge (post & Packing) and a restocking fee charge up to 50% of the product(s) prices
